Scoring

All 4 teammates will participate in all 4 events.  In the Basketball, Softball, and Texas Hold'em competitions, each individual teammate will be scored.  Those scores will be used to rank their team.  In the golf scramble, there will only be a team score.  The TEAM scores from the 4 individual events will be added to give an overall tournament ranking. 

 Team Roster 

Rosters consist of 4 active players - ONLY. Each team has 1 Alternate, of which must be declared prior to the start of the games. There are only 2 ways an alternate can participate for an active player:

• Schedule Conflict - which is approved by the Kramer Games staff prior to the start of the games.
• Injury – Any roster adjustment due to injury must be approved by the Kramer Games staff prior to the alternate competing in the events.

These rules are to keep the games honest and fair for all involved and will not be altered under any circumstances. If the Kramer Games staff finds any team in violation of the strict roster rules they will be eliminated from any prizes and awards and all ineligible participants will not be allowed to compete!

In the event of rain or inclement weather:

• Hitting Competition - The format is flexible. If necessary, we will rank each player after round one, or only advance the top 8 to the final round. Either way, we should be able to find a small window during the day to complete this contest.
• Basketball Shootout - This is the least time consuming of all the events, therefore a window of time should be afforded to get this done.
• 18 Hole Golf Scramble - We have allotted five hours for the golf scramble, the event will be considered complete after 2 ½ hours or 9 holes. If we cannot fit in 9 holes on Saturday, check with your local administrator for a ruling. One of two things will happen:
  • 1) If the golf course has availability, we will reschedule the golf outing for Sunday morning (the next day). Therefore, each team must be ready to return on Sunday. If team(s) cannot return Sunday morning they will automatically finish last in the Golf Scramble.
  • 2) If we cannot complete the Golf, the overall rankings will be based on the completed events. (Participants may receive a partial refund based on the allotted funds for the Golf outing.)
• Texas Hold 'Em - It is inside and will not be affected.

IN THE EVENT THAT NONE OF THESE ARE POSSIBLE, THE EVENT STAFF WILL HAVE FINAL SAY OVER RESCHEDULING AND/OR ALTERNATE EVENTS.
