Schedule of Events All day marathon of competition… the ultimate test of your strength, stamina, determination, and will-power! 8:00 AM   Registration Bright and Early 8:30 AM - 11:30 AM   Rounds 1 & 2 of Three-Point Shootout   Round 1 of the Hitting Challenge 11:30 AM   Lunch Served 11:30 AM - 12:30 PM   Hitting Championship - Sweet Sixteen 12:30 PM - 1:00 PM   3-Point Shootout Championship - Sweet Sixteen 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM   Drive to Golf Course and practice some putts 2:00 PM - 7:00 PM   Shotgun Golf Start 7:00 PM   Dinner Served 7:30 PM - 10:00 PM   Round 1 of Texas Hold 'Em 10:00 PM - 10:15 PM   Presentation of Individual Awards 10:15 PM - 12:00 Midnight   Final Round of Texas Hold 'Em & Presentation of Overall Team Champions

In the event of rain or inclement weather:

• Hitting Competition - The format is flexible. If necessary, we will rank each player after round one, or only advance the top 8 to the final round. Either way, we should be able to find a small window during the day to complete this contest.


• 3-Point Shootout - We reserve indoor basketball courts.


• 18 Hole Golf Scramble - We have allotted five hours for the golf scramble, the event will be considered complete after 2 ½ hours or 9 holes. If we cannot fit in 9 holes on Saturday, check with your local administrator for a ruling. One of two things will happen:
  • 1) If the golf course has availability, we will reschedule the golf outing for Sunday morning (the next day). Therefore, each team must be ready to return on Sunday. If team(s) cannot return Sunday morning they will automatically finish last in the Golf Scramble.
  • 2) If we cannot complete the Golf, the overall rankings will be based on the completed events. (Participants may receive a partial refund based on the allotted funds for the Golf outing.)


• Texas Hold 'Em - It is inside and will not be affected.
